Gas prices rising and checks coming in late, what a great combination. I blogged about this today on savvywallet.com. Our company blog has been following this issue and we were noticing a lot of talk about retailers offering 10% in gift cards in exchange for stimulus. Consider this: $100B was spent in gift cards and $8B was lost and unclaimed.
