You might be surprised at how much of the day is eat up by tech, even at the highest levels in companies.
"Summary: The average CEO worked an average 13-hour work day. Since most CEOs I know work some hours on the weekend as well, I am assuming a 70-hour work week.
- 3 hours selling and talking to customers--23%
- 3 hours in meetings and talking with employees--23%
- 2 hours emailing--15%
- 5 hours other and misc.--39%"
Something to think about when you're short on time - like maybe let the email wait a while and spend your time in better ways?

Rather then waiting or putting email off a better suggestion might be to learn how to flex tech to your advantage such as staying current with your incoming email via your mobile handset. Wikipedia's definition of technology suggests technology solves a problem so I think we should just use tech more intelligently, not less. Anyway, I was looking for some statistics on tech usage and have yet to find a really useful source - where did Will get his from?
Thanks for your insights, Josh.
