Most of my clients know not to click on a link in an email, even if it is from a Nigerian princess offering $12 million, if you'll give her your bank account number.
Use this trick to avoid being fooled by scams: Look at where the link points, such as the "Click Here" link in this message. If you rest your mouse on the link, and look in the lower left corner of your screen, you'll see the actual address where the link points. Look what this example shows... I don't know the official address of the Canadian tax authorities, but I'm certain it is not igotmyloverback.com !!
